about the newest concludsion of window period

Excuse me , I have a problem about the newest conclusion of hiv-window period. I
1.Is it true that 6-weeks period negetive result can preclude all possibility of infecting hiv?

2.I have seen this  theroy about window period that 2-3 week, average 25days the hiv-antibody can be  detected by      3rd ,  4th tesing no matter rapidtesting or elisa-testing only through sexway(vagina sex, oral sex, et),not including MSM action.

3.I had an 7 seconds noprotected passive oral sex, 2-min protected vagina sex with a *****(girl), and I had an 3rd generation rapid-testing on the 27th day with a negtive result .Should i be feel safety And could this result indicate more than 98% possibily of precluding hiv?

Thanks a lot!!

better say it hypothesis. conclusive result prior to 3 month window period is not yet approved to call it a theory.

Unprotected oral and protected vaginal intercourse is not a concern for acquiring HIV
