Cant help freaking out don't know what to do!

I have developed the following symptoms:
A month ago my girlfriend had a sore swollen throat, and she went to her doctor and she prescribed her antibiotics, in 4-5 days she was ok, and I started to get my throat sore.
After some days my throat got swollen and I noticed white patches on my throat.
1 week ago I went to my doctor and she sent me to blood test. The test result came fine.
when I took the test result to my doctor, she checked my lymph nodes on neck and they were swollen this time (The first time they were not). So she decided to send me to throat swab test.
while waiting for the swab result, I woke up 3 days ago with my neck very swollen, and my lips bleeding (Apparently from what it looks like herpes on the lips).
I freaked out and went to one emergency hospital, so they made blood test and found that my WBC is 6.5 while in the previous test it was 9.5, anyway the emergency doctor prescribed me one strong antibiotic to take over the course of 3 days. and today is the last day.
Anyway, I never had such thing in my life, and its bugging me so much because of the following facts:
my gums are swollen and sensitive now, feeling tired in general, what I have is not flu (I think) as I don't have runny nose.
I live in a foreign country and weather is generally cold here now, and I am not used to such cold.
I am with one girl for 3 months and we are having unprotected sex, and I am scared of HIV possibilities, and I don't know what to do.
About sexual relation:
The girl was never tested for HIV.
The girl is not seeing anyone else currently, and did not for the last 6 months.
We had unprotected sex while she had her period.
No anal sex or any weird stuff were involved, just normal unprotected vaginal sex.
Intercourse sessions would last between 15 minutes to more than 1.5 hours sometimes.
I have not noticed anything on the girl body in anyway.
The girl was diagnosed with HPV some 2 years ago, and I never had any STD of any type.
NOW:
after taking the last pill of antibiotic I think I am getting a little better, my neck is swollen still, but less than before, my throat is not hurting me so much as before but its still not cured.
According to what I described:
Any advice about what I should do?
What is my risk of getting HIV if the girl has it from the described exposure?
Are there any indicators I have to look in in the moth swab test result?
