Please answer - hiv exposure?!

About 5 weeks ago I went to a gay bath. I did not have any anal or oral sex, however I played with other guys masturbating each other. I pretty sure that precum was involved and maybe used as lube. I didn’t have any wounds at that moment.
10 days after that I noticed my salivary gland got swollen on one side. It got so bad that my half of the face, neck, and ear got all swollen, and some discharge behind my ear where the earlobe and face connects. I went to ER and they did a CT scan and apparently it is inflammation of salivary gland (paratoid gland). I have been on the antibiotics for the last 4 week, it got better but still swollen and drainage (like a open wound that still drains).
I read on different website that swollen salivary gland can be a early manifestation of HIV, what do you think?
Would it be a lymphoepithelial cyst that usually just occurs in hiv positive people? Would this happen just 10 days after exposure to hiv even if no sex involved (probably cum used as lube)?

You have inflamed parotid gland which result in enlarged lymph node. Inflammation of particular gland might happen to any body and caused by either bacteria or virus   ... you do not have any risk for hiv  ..  don't worry Inflammation will subside gradually on antibiotic .again you do not have any risk for hiv .

I stopped taking the antibiotics since the doctor told me to take them for 4 weeks. It is still swollen and there is still open wound and drainage. What this could be?
It is just very weird it happened 10 days after that encounter…
You need to go back to your doctor
You need to change the antibiotic if no response to previous one , also he might do culture for you and further investigations
Paris gland inflammation has many reasons
Regarding hiv you do not have hiv cause you do not have risk .
The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

There isn't any other situation that you can think of, including the ones that you mentioned, that would put you at risk for HIV. We can't diagnose the cause of your medical issues, but they have nothing to do with HIV or STDs.   HIV and STDs are not transmitted via hands.
