Oraquick at 6.5weeks - Reliable?

Hi Everyone,

I had a protected sex on 27th Nov 2013 using Condom with a Prostitute. She was bleeding a bit when I takeout, there was blood on condom. But I don't think the condom broke.

Few things kept worrying me whether m infected. So I went for a oraquick test at clinic yesterday at 6.5weeks and tested negative. I asked the doctor should I test at week 12?, He said "you are tested negative. Now move on! Unless you want to comeback and spend some more money to me. You are negative!"

But today at 6.6weeks,im having neck pain and shoulder muscle ache and feeling tired like never had this experience before. I'm worried.

Is the oraquick at 6.5weeks reliable? Or am I having ARS/seroconversion close to 7weeks?  Pls somebody help me :(
