thanks for the reply.. just one thing, i read an article that say if you have low cd4 and very high viral load then the tests may miss the infection and give false negative results (like people with advanced hiv) then viral load test is needed or a WB. and is there a viral load test for hiv 2 like how those people may know the progression of the disease?
are hiv 2 groups can be easily detected by the elisa tests? and do people with hiv 2 seroconvert the same like hiv 1? and are there rare groups that are not discovered?
can this be transmitted orally?

You know the drill then,4 weeks HIV DUO followed by an antibody test at 3 months.
