Concentration of blood to infection

Is the transmiision of HIV virus need to depends on the concentration of blood, in fact what means concentration of blood? Is it the amount of blood bleeding?

So in the case of hand job, is it even there is a cut on the girl hand it is not concentrate enough to have HIV infection through the penis?

In healthcare settings it is possible to be stick by a needle. In this case it is possible to become infected with HIV. It is a rare occurance in the healthcare field and does not happen outside of that.

"Concentration of virus in the blood" means the viral load of the person. So a recent infection of HIV by someone usually means a high viral load. Someone on medication means a low viral load and less of a chance to pass on the infection.

Getting HIV from cuts does not happen.

So is it needed the blood is bleeding for infection? No bleed no infect? What means concentration of virus in the blood?

it depends how long that cut was there for...if it is a fresh cut then its a risk.
