Hi, Im sorry Its me again.. U told me that I had no risk of HIv through kissing even though I had a root canal was done few 4 days before i kissed her and i had a 3days old cut as well .few second Before i kissed her she gave a oral sex to another guy and she was drunk as well. There is high chances of Blood transmite. she also had a Lip pierced and Tounge pierced as well. Right i started having a rash on my chest which is unusual Mild sore throat and dry mouth no fever. I had a rapid test 22days after the exposed which came negative. Is it 100%sure kissing cant transmit hiv even if there were blood and open wound (the Root canal) ?I also fingured her for few second

Her performing oral sex before kissing you makes no difference. Kissing is not a risk regardless of oral hygiene or any other condition.  If it were me I would not be the least concerned about HIV or any STD.

You were never at risk and don't have an HIV concern.
