Condom break

I had sex last three weeks with sex-2wirker, she gave me oral sex with the condom on me. I didn't check if the condom was broken, after 40mn intercourse, three weeks later I got headache, fever and rashes on my arm.
If the condom quantity is not good enough, could it be broken after a long intercouse? Can oral sex make the condom easy to be broken?

4 week duo test will not give anyone a conclusive test result.

Oral sex is not a risk of HIV with or without a condom. If the condom failed while having intercourse you would have know without a doubt.

Hi,

I believe that if the condom was broken you would have noticed.
If you are not sure enough why dont you take an hiv duo test at 4 weeks after the possible exposure in order to know your status.
But my opinion is that you would have noticed if the condom was broken.
