Condom break
So i was having sex with this girl with a condom on... on a doggie position as i was about to put in my penis the condom broke.. i was bare inside her for only 1-2 seconds after the condom broke... can i get hiv in this with this situation
Since you penetrated you should test with a duo in 4 weeks or any other in 12 weeks. Only the head needs protection though, so if the broken condom covered the head then you had no risk to test for.

Only the head was exposed, which was in just for not more than a second...
you already said that in your original question. you can trust we read your post in its entirety before answer. repeating that will not change the answer no matter how much you hope. it may not be the answer you wanted, but it's correct. on the bright side, the risk for a single encounter is low, and it sounds like she practices safe sex as well, but low risk is a risk.
