What exactly are you asking? If your concerned that you may be at risk for HIV from this your not. Unprotected anal/vaginal and sharing of needles is how the virus is transmitted. Not from anything you described. Ear ache is common with migrane and headaches. Never focus on symptoms with HIV they mean nothing. You seem really stressed and that may be the reason for your discomfort. You did not get HIV from this.
