Confused about current symptom

Hi doc,
I am a 24 yrs male and I'm currently in China. I had visited a sex worker at 22th Jan, firstly she licked my glans and scrotum for approx 1 mins, besides that, she also did rimming for couple of mins. After that, she helped me to wear the condom and we started to do it. It took about 5 mins for me to ejaculation. i did not check whether the condom is broken or not, but i suppose that i should have known that if it's broken.

the symptom came up about 6 days later, which is fever( body temp around 37'-37.5), swollen lymphs on both side of my neck, besides that, dizziness all the time from morning to nite. i accepted sort of medicine treatments which include a few prescriptions medicines and transfusion from local hospital. however, they cannot identify the disease what i’ve got.  Now it has been lasting 1 week for all kind of symptoms for me, I can’t deal with my work at all due to the tiredness and anxiety  !!

i have 2 questions need to ask, any reply will be very appreciated.
if someone get infected, is it possible the symptoms coming up within 1 week or 2 week?

i know i should not compare my situation to HIV’s symptoms. but i just can’t help it.   is it true that sustained fever is a bad sign of HIV ?

Thanks so much !

i am a 30 yrs male and i was on a trip to vietnam , the beginning of mar 2009, i had visited a massage parlor . the masseure conducted unprotected orals on me and then she guided my penis into her vagina, i was inside her for almost less than  minute or two and i ejaculated inside here vagina , then after that i immediately removed my penis and wiped it out , she then performed another hand job on me and i ejaculated normally .so this technically means that i had unprotected vaginal intercourse with the massuere.

i was terrrified with this experience since its been the first for me.

3 days later i developed flu like symptoms and i also had body temperatures raising during the day. was not feeling quite comfortable about this fact and also was difficult for me to concentrate on my work. i also was feelin very funny during urinating, the color of the urine was pale yellow to little dark ( there was no discharge  from the penis or any fowl smell during urination and also no burning or pain during urination, however there was a small bump which is still there under the head probably less than a milli meter, i guess was always there and unnoticed) .

After four weeks i visited the doctor and he put me on a course of cipro 500 for a week ( 2 tabs daily). i guess that took care of the urinating problem, but the body temp raises without causing fever , so i visited the doctor again and he re-assured me that it was just normal to have raised body temperatures and he advised me to take panadol 500 whenever there was such experiences found.
After the 5th week i had loose motions, ( not really loose and just scattered type) with a lot of gastric release from the body , taking medications for it suppressed the problem, but its been there for almost a week or so. now after 12 weeks i feel a little light running nose and a slight stuffiness in the throat, i would like your kind advise whether i am at risk of any STD , or STI's , in particularly there hasnt been any visual signs or symptoms. What are the chances for contracting HIV  or syphillis so that i could start medication at the earliest.
