Confused diagnosed

hello doctor
had unprotected oral sex with sex worker and protected vaginal penetration 10 months ago,I was diagnosed with syphilis 2 month ago, my vdrl test 1: 2,tpha test 0,125(more or less for tpha),hiv (ELISA) non reactive S/CO 0,36,and then my doctor gave me penicilin g shoot 3 times, the doctor told me that i should test again 2 weeks last injection, the test result was surprised me that my VDRL and TPHA came back back non reactive!!she told me that a dont need any test in the future(because from many resource it told that we check for blood test 3,6,12,18,24 month after last treatment)
my question
1.is there possible that TPHA become non reactive after treatment?
2.is there any possibilities that HIV(i was non reactive for 2 times ELISA test 8th and 10th month after possible exposure) affect my test(give me explanation doctor, deadly worried..)
3.from such low titres,is there any possibilities that a got that infection from other cause?,from equipment maybe..like razor from barber shop, because i remember that my last exposure was 10 months ago
4.is there any possibilities that my first VDRL and TPHA result was false negative?
5.1 week after first shoot i got twitching muscle, white tongue, low grade fever, diarrhea, are this symptoms related with my antibiotic?
6.is there any possibilities that my ELISA test(in Indonesia) cant detect HIV 1/2 and its variant?
please give me suggestion doctor, really really WORRIED..
do i need further test??
