Sex with escort - (protected) worried out of my mind

I am in need of some serious guidance.  I will tell you my situation:
I was out of town this past weekend and decided (in my drunkened mind) that it would be a good idea to call up an escort. I had never done this before, and thought it would be exciting. Some of the things in the story may seem insignificant, but I want to make sure I am specific so that I can get a qualified response.

I looked online and found a number for a service in the area I was in. The cost was 200/hour and she came to the room I was in. She got ready in the bathroom (is this normal?). In retrospect, this worries me I dont know why. We engaged in intercourse twice. Both times we used a new condom. She provided the condoms (in restrospect this is what makes me the most anxious). Is this normal?  Another thing that makes me nervous is that she applied the condom with her mouth. She did not seem to use her teeth so I am pretty sure it went on smoothly.

Long story short:
1. Vaginal Intercourse (protected, using her condoms, applied using her mouth)
2. Oral (protected, using her condoms)
3. Handjob (unprotected, using spit, and her hand that was touching her vagina, my hand that was also touching her vagina)

I am scared to death that I could have contracted something. I think mostly I am ashamed of myself for doing this.
This past monday (2 days after the encounter) I nervously got tested for all STDs (not realizing it was too soon). They all came back negative.
To make matter worse, today (Thursday, 5 days after encounter) my lymph nodes are swelling up and I have a sore throat. Please tell me this is not a sign of something bad.

Could someone give me some advice. I have anxiety/OCD and I swear the next 6 weeks is going to kill me...
