Could I be exposed during this test?

Hi,
I went to get a blood test for blood sugar. They used a butterfly needle to draw blood and an adapter to connect to a vacucontainer. It so happened the lady who was doing this procedure did not realise that the vacucontainer was already used and had blood in it. As soon as she realised she tried to change with a new vacucontainer. By then I realised and panicked and removed the needle. Now I am afraid that, did the existing blood in the used vacucontainer go in my body( is it possible for blood to go from container to my vein ) ? And expose me to any infectious disease like HIV? I am very upset and worried. Thanks for your help

Doesn't matter if the vacutainer was reused or not the needle that penetrates the stopper on the vile wasn't reused.
