Protected sex at a soapy massage parlour

Hi,

6 months ago, I visited a soapy massage parlour at pattaya, Thailand. During the massage, I fingered the girl and had protected sex with her. It was not more than a few minutes. I was not worried since I used a condom. But lately, I have been having cold, throat pain, etc and mind keeps going to that day. I regret it badly and I am having nightmares. I keep feeling that I might have HIV and its killing me.  I am restless. What should I do?

Thanks. You are right. The anxiety has become a phobia and stress has been enormous. It has been 6 months. If I want to take a test to confirm now that I am negative, what is the test I must go with?
