kid and surfaces

guys please help me. it is about my little son. we were on holiday and two situations happened I am frozen about. The first is, our friend bought a souvenir - puffed up pufferfish - it has many small thorns and till we left the crowded market he succeeded in hurting my son, little stab, bleeding for a short while, I sucked the blood, then it stopped. anyone in the crowd could be stabbed by those thorns which came through the packing and were really sharp. Please is it possible, my son was hurt by a thorn that hurt someone a few minutes (maybe only 1-2) before him and get infected? It does not look like the thorns are hollow.

The other situation is, he wanted to pee and there was only one big parking place for trucks, outside the city. I went with him, my cell phone fell on the ground, I grabbed it and put on the seat and then helped my son. Then he got back in the car and immediately grabbed the phone and biscuit at the same time. While I was getting in the car I noticed we were standing on a very dirty place with some wet stains of something very weird on the ground. My phone fell in it then my son touched in just some 1-2 minute and started eating and he is teething. Our friends later told us this is the favourite place for junkies and ****** and now i can imagine any bodily fluids might be those stains. Please is there a risk while the stains were wet?

I know it all sounds stupid but this time I just cant reassure myself it would be ok without help . Thank you very much.

Both scenarios are risk free. Any virus present (if at all present) would have been deactivated by expose to air. Hiv is a very fragile virus, very hard to transmit and need very specific conditions to infect. Slight exposure to air, change in temperature quickly nulls the virus. Don't need to worry, you son was not at risk.
