Covid Shot and HIV risk

Yesterday I got my covid booster shot in Walgreens, they took me to a small room. The pharmacist gave me shot and when she was disposing the needle cap in the red biohazard bucket she missed it. The cap was stuck at the mouth of the bucket. Using her hands which had gloves she manually pushed the cap.

Now the issue is she used the same gloves to touch my puncture site before putting bandaid. My concern is if there was.blood on her gloves from touching the biohazard bin will it put me at risk fir HIV. The time between previous person getting shot and me was less than 1 min I think she never even changed her gloves between patients.

Not an HIV concern.  You will NEVER get HIV through minor cuts, scrapes or wounds.  HIV needs to enter the bloodstream, which is impossible unless HIV is injected directly into your circulatory system via a hollow-bore needle with a syringe.  You can't get HIV via someone touching blood or fluids, and then touching you anywhere on your body, whether you have a wound or not.
