Insertive gay anal sex for couple seconds
The other night I had a sexual encounter with a guy who said he was clean and negative and also said he’s been a heterosexual sexual man and only hooked up with two men in his life. We mostly had oral sex but then he kept rubbing my penis on his anus and it went in for just a couple seconds and then pull out and stopped. Am I at high risk? And Should I go to my doctor for pep?
You are the only one who would know if your penis actually went in. And if it did, that is a risk and you will need to test at 28 days with the Duo test. But if he just rubbed and pressed, that is not a risk. You have similar posts with the same kind of sex and am pretty sure you've heard all this before. You get HIV from unprotected vaginal or anal sex (penetration/ inside the body) and sharing IV drug needles. You describe this guy as a low risk person to be with. Doubtful you got HIV. But you can talk to your doctor about it. No one here knows the guy or you and pep is not something I'd ever take unless it was an unquestionable high risk. Between you and your doctor. Buy some condoms.

You have to make that call about getting PEP, but you only have 3 days from the encounter to start it. Any unprotected penetration is a risk. Can you get him to test? A duo is conclusive after 28 days.

I don’t know him. Does that make me at a high risk even it being for just a couple seconds and me being the insertive partner?
How many days ago did this happen? You can't determine risk since they apply to large samples and you are only one occurrence, so any stats are just for general purposes. Besides if he is negative then the stats don't apply anyway.
I thought being the I insertive partner puts you at lower risk and especially it being very brief so can you be more helpful on telling how much I’m at risk please because I have a lot of anxiety over this and I was not thinking at the moment when this happened
