I am a 22 year old male. About a year and a half back me and girlfriend had some oral sex and also a bit of grinding with clothes on. I am obese and weigh close to 275 pounds. My weight has more or less been the same over the year. My skin has turned into a light purple brown color and also my penis has very dark skin and a little purplish with a slight rash( light brown, white) towards the foreskin. Are these the symptoms of any STD or anything? Really anxious to know and worried please let me know. This was close to a year and a half back. I cannot recollect if penis skin was like this throughout. Please help doctor.Really worried:(
