Please Help: HIV Negative Antibody Test at 3 weeks

I stupidly had unprotected sex on october 27th with the same sex. He ejaculated in me. When I asked him if he was negative he said yes. He said he had rapid and blood test done, however he refused to show me the results which has made me very suspicious.

I have experienced shooting pains in my arms legs and knees and I had migraines for 2 days and major stomach pains (nausea and cramps)

I took an antibodies rapid test at the clinic on day 23 (3wks and 2 days) and the test came back negative

Im afraid that I may very well have something but i took the test too early which is why antibodies werent detected.

I also heard people say test are very sensitive and would pick it up if I had anything

IDK how accurate is this 23 day 3 week test

I heard that it doesn't take 3 months for a healthy person to produce detectable anitbodies! They say 6 weeks is pretty conclusive is this true?
