i am freaked i am hiv positive

I had a sexual encounter with a stranger on 13/05/2014. I two weeks later I had a sore throat, muscle pain, sore front of tounge, ulcers in the mouth, back and front abdominal pains, feet soles pains, thigh pains, buttock pains, chest pain on the left and center of the chest, pain in the palm of my hands, sores on my chest and face, swollen lymph nodes (neck and armpit). I have had fever with no sweating. I took ELISA on 07/06/2014 which was negative. Was given treatment. Feel better now although I occasionally feel stinging pains here nd there. I am freaked. Could I be HIV positive? My girlfriend who I had sex with without a condom after the encounter is drooping sores on the face nd arms. She took ELISA on 10/06/14 nd came out negative. The lady I had an
encounter with took prick (finger) test on 15/05/2014 nd came out negative. She took another one on 15/06/2014 still negative

Hi Katlik, I would suggest you to take wait for 6 weeks from exposure and take another rapid test. Was it protected sex or no? Also as you said that the lady also took rapid test and turned negative then I am sure you dont have HIV. Consider she had an HIV then for sure she would have shown positive by the time 15/06/2014. Go to the doctor and look for other STD possibilities. This could also be mononucleosis symptoms.
