Worred about possible HIV exposures

Hi Doctors -

I am a gay male starting a serious relationship with someone and am now nervous about my HIV status.

Here are my possible risk factors since the last time i was tested 5 years ago:
1 - Protected (condom) anal receptive  - 4 partners
2 - oral sex with semen swallowed - 10 times, 2 partners
4-Once the top may have inserted the tip of their penis in for a second or two before putting on a condom.

I'm trying to work up the courage to do the test but have a lot of anxiety about the possible result.

I would advise you both go and get tested--problem solved.
