Do I need a HIV test

Good day to you!

I am very sure I was HIV negative before I had the below 3 sexually actives.

1, Passive unprotected masturbation with the saliva; (Safe)
2, Protected oral sex; (Safe)
3, Protected vaginal sex. (Low Risk)

AUS CDC told me there were a few reported cases transmission under protected vaginal sex, which caused me scared very very much.
For my understanding, HIV transmission may happen if the condom broke during the vaginal sex.
But is it still HIV risked if the condom was intact after the sex? Why?(If the other person was known HIV positive)

BTW, I don't know my condom was intact or not. Because I didn't check it before & after.
I saw the semen was in the top of the condom after the vaginal sex.
My friend told me my condom was not broken if the semen could be seen.
As if a condom was broken during the sexual active, it must be a big open. And my penis will be fully exposed.
So the semen was impossible in the condom at all.
Is my friend opinion correct? So if I can see semen in the condom top, which means my condom was intact?

I don't have any STI, NO wound touched her vaginal fluid.
So according to the info above, do I need a HIV test, please?

Many many thanks for your detailed answers.

Latex condoms, when used consistently and correctly, are highly effective in preventing the sexual transmission of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. In addition, consistent and correct use of latex condoms reduces the risk of other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), including diseases transmitted by genital secretions, and to a lesser degree, genital ulcer diseases. Condom use may reduce the risk for genital human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and HPV-associated diseases, e.g., genital warts and cervical cancer.
Laboratory studies have demonstrated that latex condoms provide an essentially impermeable barrier to particles the size of STD pathogens.

Hi Teak, I am sorry for the duplicate post. Because I just received an email from Aus CDC. They said that protected sexually actives may cause transmission also, which caused me in fear very much again.
How the transmission happens? Where the virus can enter the blood system? Semen was on the top of the condom can prove the condom was intact?
