Possible Exposure, Sure I'm Positive

I had sex with a woman I met online whom I didn't know well at all. When we were changing positions, I noticed that the condom was broken and feel that it could have been in that condition for several minutes. I lost my erection when I noticed this and she performed oral on me for a couple of minutes and when I regained my erection, I put on another condom and completed the act. The next day, I had unprotected sex with a different female friend of mine and about a week later, she experienced night sweats for a few nights and a couple of days later was down with a sore, red throat, extreme nasal congestion and extreme fatigue. The sore throat lasted for about two days, but the congestion and extreme fatigue have been ongoing for nearly a week.

I have experienced a scratchy throat, fatigue and faint, occassional aching in the lymph nodes of my groin and under-arms, but no noticeable swelling. It has only been about three weeks since I messed up, so I'm trying to be patient and wait a few more weeks before I test. Another symptom I experienced was a loss of appetite, but that could easily be due to the shattered nerves due to the extreme guilt, fear and worry I am feeling. How likely is it that my fears of being positive and having also infected a friend will become a dreadful reality? I know I am due a lecture and willfully submit to it. Trust me, a lesson has been learned.

3 months is conclusive.  and cr7real is right hiv doesn't specific symptoms.  the virus destroys your body's defenses and you get sick from other things.  but that's not till your CD4 count is low.  the loss of apetite is more than likely the anxiety and fear.  just be more careful next time and if the condom breaks stop.  keep using latex or polyurethane condoms everytime you have and vaginal/anal sex and make sure its on properly.  don't let the "symptoms" drive you to a panic.
