Do I have risk of getting HIV ?

I am a make and I met a guy on a hookup site. He said he was negative and no STDs. I have no reason to think he lied except it was a hookup site and he seemed pretty willing to push limits. I was the insertive partner and we used a condom (no issues with breaking or slippage). My concerns is that I have 3 or 4 pretty major infected ingrown hairs around my pubic region on legs around bikini line(scabbing and probably opened up a little during sex - not dripping blood but slightly open sores). My fear is that anal fluid touched my open sores during sex.the area of the sores definitely touched his body during various positions. Even though we used a condom, should I be worried that the areas I mentioned were not covered and is that enough exposure to anal fluid to get HIV if he had it. I plan to get tested but I’m really worried in the meantime. Should I start PEP and how concerned should I be? Thanks

Just here to affirm what AnxiousNoMore said - HIV enters through the urethra.  It is not possible, no matter what, to get infected with HIV via minor cuts and scrapes that do not require immediate, professional medical attention.

Only the head needs to be covered so you are safe. Otherwise we would all be infected by now if it was as infectious as you are worried - it's a fragile virus instantly dead in air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus touched you.

Don't even consider PEP and testing will be a waste of time.
Thanks for the quick and clear answer. Very helpful
