Do I need a HIV test?

Hi doctor, I'm a 15 years old gay man who had sex intercourse with my ex boyfriend. We were tongue kissing alot and I performed unprotected oral sex to him ( only 1 time) and he did not *** in my mouth and that was it, we did not do anything alse. It's been 4 months now and I did not have any symptoms. So my question is do I need a HIV test and if I do are there any ways to do it without notcing my parents?  (PS: He told me he was virgin when we were still together but I don't know if he was lying or no.)

HIV is not transmitted through kissing, making out, fingering, rubbing genitals, or oral sex.

No doctors here.

However, nothing that you describe was a risk for HIV. You do not need testing.
