Doctor, Could I ask if i will get HIV infected/transmission or not?

Dear Doctor.
I am a male student from thailand at the age of 23. I had frottage (penis rubbing for probably 30 secs to 1 min) and mutual masturbation with him. Will I get HIV infected or not? Actually i think i didn't get any wound after penis rubbing or mutual masturbation (because I didn't feel any pain when i cleaned my penis but still not sure because he retreated my penis skin and i felt little painful at that sec because he retreated too strongly and the other sec when my penis was on his belly and my foreskin was pressed by his belly). I get really stressful and I have taken PEP for almost a week by now, and it has side effects. now i am hesitated to stop taking the medicine or not. could u please tell me in a very deep detail so that i could feel confident. thank u so much

it's not that simple. the penis head is a mucous membrane - it is not skin and is therefore vulnerable to the hiv virus during penetrative sex (with or with out blood). the mere rubbing of the penis head together does not constitute a risk, even with precum. it's up to you to continue with the PEP or not, personally, as you;ve started it might as well finsih it, but like i said, negligible risk here.

about PEP, should I continue eating? Indeed, i have red spots , like patients who're allergic, and i am not sure if it'd be worse or not to continue eating PEP. i'd like to continue eating, but i think i'd get worse from the medicine. should i just change the formula of the medicine? the formula i am taking is 1tab of truvada , 3 tabs of prezista and 1 tabs of Norvir. indeed, i am eating occupational PEP, because my dad is a doctor (but he's not professional in HIV career, so he got the formula from looking his friend's question who asked on the mutual doctor board because his friend got accident from needle penetration from HIV patient's blood

i am a student so i am not sure if it's mucous membrane contact each other ot not. you might mean that the risk should happen when i've blood right? if i've blood, how large or small wounds should it be to get HIV transmission? i think i had no wound because i cleaned after this and didn't feel any pain. i was painful at two times during having the activity ; that was when he retreated my penis strongly because it was my first time and i had never strongly handed job like that, and also when his belly pressed my penis. we have penis rubbing as i told you, but it was for only 30 secs but we used hands on each other so it's certain his precum was on my penis.  I am so sorry that i asked u lots of questions, because i get very stressful. i know that i should not have done that, but i can't take time back now.

penis rubbing against penis is not much different from penis against vagina in terms of risk - it is still mucous membrane against mucous membrane, right? but both are negligible risk due to the non penetrative nature of the sex (any virus being destroyed up contact with the air).

thanks for your answer. because now i get allergic to the medicine and not sure to continue eating PEOP or not. well.. mutual masturbation means penis rubbing (no penis rubbing on women's sexual organ) because i am gay. and is it still ok? thanks for telling me your answer.

it's better to continue to PEP, even though your risk was negligible (basically zero). not much detail i can go into other than to say that this is not a way to get hiv - unprotected vaginal and anal sex are the only proven ways to get it sexually.
