HIV risk from semen on my penis head

This guy ejaculated on my penis head and I didn’t wash it for many hours after. Is it possible that I have contracted hiv from this ? Should I get on PEP?

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

As you can see, you did not do any of the activities on the list of risks.

If you do not engage in any of the activities I mentioned above with someone HIV+ or whose HIV status is unknown to you, you will NEVER have to worry about getting HIV. There is no information you could add about this event that would make it a risk for HIV.

Okay, I believe you. But out of anxiety went to the ER and prescribed me PEP. They said they didn’t really think I was infected but due to the fact that the semen landed on a mucous membrane and I didn’t wash for many hours who knew. I already had my first dose (reluctantly because I also think I’m not in much risk). Can I stop now or will I have to complete the medication ?
We don't advise people regarding prescription medication. We can only tell you you had ZERO risk for HIV.
