Protected sex and sometines only handjob sex with various csw during PEP

Hello, I had sex with condom with few csw and sometimes only handjob sex with few csw while I was on PEP , it hapened during 1 to 8 days after I started PEP
1. Do I have to extend my PEP course more than 28 days due to this?
2. After 28 days of my PEP, can I still test for 4th gen hiv test and retest after 6 weeks? Or I have to test for hiv 28 +8 days after because my last exposure was on the 8 day after started PEP.
3. Do I have to tell the clinic that I was on PEP because do they test differenly for PEP users?
4. Does PEP delay the window period for HIV test?
5. I also had protected sex before the 72 hours of PEP and one of them was more risky as I couldnt get the time ti recheck the condom quality after sex. But the doc said still take PEP for the recent exposure that covers within 72 hours. So I took it for precuation. Is it ok I am still taking PEP even if I have protected sex before 72 hours and only few encounters was within 72 hours?
6. I do not feel and symptoms of stds after two weeks, can I still test for stds after 28 days or wait longer?

Thank you

I'm not reading all of that and answering your unnecessarily long list of questions. The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

If you do not engage in any of the activities I mentioned above with someone HIV+ or whose HIV status is unknown to you, you will NEVER have to worry about getting HIV. There is no "what if" question that you could imagine about this event that would make it a risk for HIV.

You didn't have a risk for HIV from protected intercourse and you didn't have a risk for HIV from handjobs. I don't know why you're taking PEP, but that has nothing to do with your current situation since none of those activities were a risk for HIV.

Thank you for the reply. The reason I took PEP is because I couldnt check the quality of the condom whether it was broken or not during my last encounter, it is still a risk for me if it was broken. In this case can you please guide me with my questions.?
You don't need to check the condom. When a condom fails, it will rip WIDE OPEN. As long as you didn't see a broken condom, you weren't at risk for HIV.

You didn't need PEP then. You don't need PEP now. You should not be taking unnecessary medication as it can have side effects.
Thank you. Actually my situation was more crazy because the girl stole one of the used comdom after I disposed it in the bin so she can get pregnant, I couldnt even check it and didnt find the missing condom. She try to pinch the condom with fingernails as well during sex but I stoped and changed the condom. But one of the condom went missing. This is the reason I am so worried. I used to fill water in condom to check leaks but couldnt do it because condom dissapeared from the bin when the girl left. Thank you again for your response.
You don't need to fill a condom with water. I have NO IDEA what you are talking about. If the condom was not completely torn with a giant rip in it, you did not have a risk for HIV. There is nothing "crazy" about any of this. It doesn't matter if a condom went missing after sex or if she tried to pinch it. You did not have a condom that ripped wide open so you could see your bare penis exposed during intercourse.

Maybe if all of this "crazy" stuff happens when you visit CSWs, you should stop visiting CSWs. The situation you describe isn't normal. Just my opinion.  It seems like it is causing you stress and girls are trying to get pregnant, but you didn't have a risk for HIV. Move on and deal with whatever other problems are going on in your life - none of your problems are related to HIV.
Thank you.
