Dr HHH please could you awnser this?

Dr. Frascino!

Sorry to have to ask and bother you on here? But would be really grateful if you could help me with this?

I was at work and a guy cut his finger, he immediatly swung back and I ended up with blood on my face...I dont know if any went into my my eyes I dont think so as Im sure I would have been able to tell? but I think a speck the size of an eraser on the end of a pencil went into my mouth. I went and washed my face and mouth right away. I didnt have any cuts that I knew of in my mouth or any bleeding. What do you think the risk is of catching HIV if he had it?

He is from the Gambia? Im not sure if it has a high rate of HIV from that couuntry or not? Although according to this it says 0.9% http://www.avert.org/subaadults.htm

Please help! Thanks

Neil
