Rough Anal Sex with a Prostitute, Really worried right now

Ok, so I know what I did was really stupid, but I'm really freaking out.  I met this prostitute and went back to her place.  Neither one of us had any condoms.  Long story short is we had really rough unprotected anal sex 4 times.  I ejaculated in her anus all 4 times.  The third time it seems that there could have been some bleeding from her anus.  The 4th time, when I pulled out there was definitely blood all over my penis.  I washed it off and she did have hand sanitizer in the bathroom which I applied generously to my penis.  Is there any chance that would help?  2 other details about the encounter stuck out to me.  1st she had several weird looking lesions type things on her back.  2nd, as I was getting dressed and getting ready to leave I noticed a couple of needles and what appeared to be some kind of narcotic with them.  I asked her what it was for and she said just something her and her roommates occasionally do.  I'm assuming there could be some needle sharing going on there but not sure.  So guess the big question is, how likely am I to have gotten HIV from this encounter?  This was about a month ago, is there anything to do at this point besides wait the full 3 months to get tested?

At this juncture, you can walk straight in to a diagnostic laboratory or a testing center, get your self a IV / V generation of HIV test.

You don't need to wait for 3 months, that is outdated information. We can keep talking about odds of you being alright or the magnitude of risk that you have put your self into however, every thing else but a test will be a waste of time because you can just know NOW.

Get on PEP if you're within 72 hours.

Only ways to get hiv from sex are unprotected anal or vaginal. hiv is effectively dead in air instantly, so washing dead virus does not have any effect.  Take a duo after 4 weeks for a conclusive result so since it was about a month ago you can do it soon. there is no purpose in doing any analysis of her lifestyle at this point, because only a test can prove anything and you can test now. Good luck.
3 months is an outdated guideline.
