Actually I was the receptive partner, so I wouldn't really know. She said the condom broke outside me, but the way she withdrew felt like she did it fast because it broke. I can only go off her word. She said she will show me her last test results this week. The reason I mentioned legality is, can she really advertize being clean, infect many people, and then not be penalized for it? I would assume that with sex workers it is there job to know? How reassuring will it be if she shows me a negative test within the last 3 months? And if I am right and the condom did break, which I didn't notice while it was inside me, does it matter if it was only for a short time, say 3-5 seconds?
Again this all speculation as she said it did not break in me. Is it also reassuring she changed the condom quickly?
As long as the head of your penis was covered you were never at risk.
Thanks Teak. I didn't notice anything while inside me but we used a lot of lube. I was trying to protect myself, hence the condoms. Hig risk?
You would have known if the condom broke or not. Not concerned about legal issues. It's your responsibility to protect your own health.
Trying to stay off the forum, but my anxiety has gotten the better of me. The incident occured Nov.10. She is a very popular escort, and on her site she also advertizes she has her negative papers available to see. She did not have them with her at the time, but then again she was not in her homecity, but assured me she would show them to another working girl who could scan them for me as she does not have a scanner. Just a couple of questions:
Will go for testing at 4, 6, 8, and 13 weeks for a PC test. How much relief can I feel if the ntest is negative at 4 and 6 weeks?
Also, is this not a legal issue, if this lady has hiv and is advertizing she is negative and gets tested regularly? Not calling her liar, bu just scared I think.
Look forward to any responses. It would be greatly appreciated. Take care.
By the way, I just talked to her and she said it broke near the shaft, not the tip. Does that make a difference? Either way, still gonna test.
