By the way, the only reason I was asking you to elaborate was that I know the inside of the penis does have mucous membranes, which are highly susceptible to the HIV virus (unlike skin or saliva), which is why I was curious if, theoretically, the semen from one man had HIV and then some was on the girl's tongue and she inserted the other guy's penis head (where the tip with the mucous membranes are) in her mouth, which had the first guy's semen on it. I know there are a lot of "what if"s and "theoretical" questions here, but I was just curious for the sake of knowledge.
HIV does not transmit outside the body

Thanks for the reply, but can you elaborate at all? If semen from one guy is on a girl's face or tongue and it touches another guy's penis head where the opening (urethra) is, there is truly no risk?
