HIV risk, threesome with 2 sex workers

Hi everyone, I hope you are doing fine, its been a long time since I visited MedHelp. Ive been having a normal sexual life protecting myself always and I managed to overcome my anxiety and fears due to HIV risks thanks to MedHelp forums in the past. Now, heres my question, even though im trying not to stress to much about it, im a little worried. 2 weeks ago I had sex with 2 sex workers in a threesome, different condoms with vaginal intercourse, I asked a very similar question years ago but this time something different happened. I finished sexual intercourse with the first woman, with the second one we had intercourse until I ejaculated, we were both facing down and I was on top of her laying on her back, when I finished and pulled out the condom slipped and remained inside her, she was more freaked out than I was, I was trying to see what exactly happened but she jumped out of the bed very fast and went to the bathroom to check with her friend if the condom was broken, the good thing is that it didnt broke and my semen was all in there, then they chilled because they were very scared. I washed my self up, we all got dressed and left. I chilled for a couple of hours but then it got me thinking that I was exposed at some risk, even if its low, I know for sure that when I was inside her I was protected, it was the moment when I pulled out when I was exposed but I dont know for sure if some of her fluids got into my genitals, more specific my penis because I dont have any sort of cuts or sores around that area. I went to emergencies at 3am and told the doctor what happened, he told me that I had to start PREP meds inmediately, that my risk was very high and had to check my blood and everything, well.. that didnt help, I was very scared and when he started to talk about the side effects and all the hell my body was about to suffer for a month I declined and didnt took them, he asked me if I was sure, that I had to sign some papers and I coud leave under my own risk. I left that day and since then ive been wondering if I should have take the PREP...I know I have to wait a couple weeks more to have a test and know if Im good or not but I would like a little mind peace until then. I havent had any sort of relevant symptoms, just a little stiff neck, my glands around my jaw feels like if they were going to sore or something, little sore throat and thats it. I appreciate your attention and your kind answers. Have a great day

If the condom covered the head of your penis during intercourse - which it did, or it wouldn't have had your semen in it - you were protected from HIV.

As far as fluids getting on your genital, I am CERTAIN you know by now that that is not a risk for HIV. That is your anxiety talking, so I am not going to elaborate.

You had no risk for HIV.  You have many, MANY posts here. I'm not sure why you keep putting yourself in these situations when it seems to stress you out about HIV every time.

Thanks for your response. As for my MANY posts (Most of them asnwers, not questions), I havent post anything in years, and I dont think im the only guy or girl on the planet stressing about HIV. I like sex, who doesnt, I dont think it is a crime, and its way better when you protect yourself and others. And I apologise, I dont mean to be rude but I just wanted a clear and simple answer about this particular situation, just like the one you just gave me and im really thanfull.  Have a nice day, thanks again
Since the science can't change, you should have figured out years ago what the risks for hiv were. Consider therapy for your hiv fixation, since it is abnormal to obsess over hiv when you already know the only 3 risks. Not sure why you have so many hiv answers to other people's posts when you are unclear what hiv risks are.
Thanks for your reply dear AnxiousNoMore. Look, if you have read my answers you can tell that Ive answered from my personal experiences, if I can help somebody to feel some sort of mind relief based on what Ive lived, hey, why not? its nice to be nice you know. I come from a country where doctors literally think that you can get HIV even with a condom on. Last year I had routine medical appointment, doctor sent me to do some blood tests including STDs, I told her that I always protected myself, that I didnt feel the need to do the STDs, she told me that there was a chance that condoms would have micro holes that we couldnt see and catch HIV from there, I wanted to laugh but didnt want to be disrespectful so I did the blood test anyway, I didnt came to MedHelp asking "MICRO HOLES IN CONDOMS?? HIV RISK? PLEASE HELP!!". Have you consider being a little more kind to others? I think its very offensive to recommend me therapy when I just came for a simple answer that already gave me peace. Maybe some other guy will go through what I experienced, maybe will see this post searching on the internet, and maybe, just maybe that person will feel so much relief that hes not going to even bother to ask in a forum. Your username says a lot, so I guess youve been through not so cool experiences, maybe think about that and try to be kind to others. Peace
I only recommend it because you've checked out this hiv forum for a long time, yet still worried about the recent experience.
Yeah, recent and DIFFERENT experience, and I was just looking for this... "If the condom covered the head of your penis during intercourse - which it did, or it wouldn't have had your semen in it - you were protected from HIV. As far as fluids getting on your genital, I am CERTAIN you know by now that that is not a risk for HIV." quoting CurFewX who kindly responded, so you didnt had to add any of your not so helpful comments in the first place. I saw on your daily answers (and comments in questions that are already answered) that you are used to recommend therapy to basically everyone, by any chance did you had therapy for any problem you had or have in your life? Well, just as an advice, let me tell you that not everyone have to go to therapy for everything, a simple talk with a friend, or a simple kind answer from a stranger on the internet will do.
