Sorry,

I a male. I had sex with a random male guy (one off partner).

I was the receptive / bottom.

Sex was protected both oral and the main deed. We had sex twice. The first time the semen was visible in the condom.

The second time no semen was in the condom although the guy had ejaculated. Even he said he belives it leaked out.

I checked the condom after was not ripped, if the semen leaked out into me am I at risk for hiv!

Shall I get pepse/pep!

The guy told me after that he meets many guys for casual sex. He did not mention if he always uses condoms. He also visits lots of bathhouses.

You can't get hiv when you use a condom. I presume the anal was also protected. so you had no risk. Oral is zero risk because hiv is dead in air or saliva so condom was not necessary. Move on without testing.

I have left the update above sorry don’t know how I missed adding that orignally
Semen can't leak out under the ring, because if the condom was that loose, it would fall off. It is time to move on.
