Hello all, I have been following these community/expert forums for a while now. Hopefully, I can get some feedback on what you guys think.
I had protected Oral and vaginal sex with a female sex worker NON-IDU 1 week ago. Usually, I wouldn't give this a second thought but here is where things get worrisome for me:
During the protected oral, she must've been using too much teeth when sucking, which caused minor abrasions in a few spots on my shaft, literally like tooth pokes maybe 3-4 of them, and some general redness on the top of my shaft assumingly from the teeth grazing. After oral we used the same condom to have protected sex for a few minutes -- no condom breakage followed by a water check with no apparent signs of leakage.
I assumed that when a condom fails is does so quite catostrophically, however I have known of condoms having puncture holes and not failing completely, especially if very small holes from the sharp points of her teeth.
I am wondering if these superficial cuts and scrapes (there was blood present but not bleeding) cause a higher risk of infection? As a stated earlier the condom remain on during sex with no slippage or breakage occuring -- just those scrapes and hole in my skin.
I hope this question isn't too theoretical and someone may have some useful info about things like this. I'm very worried as its been effectivly 8 days post exposure and I'm not feeling to good. Nothing indicative of HIV but still worried.
Thanks all,
Worried
