Please help need advice

Last summer I had an encounter with a prostitute which I regret really deeply. It was not the first time I had gone to a prostitute I have gone a handful of times before except this time i trimmed my pubic hair like 45 min before maybe i had a break in skin i did not notice? Everytime I used a condom for oral and vaginal when I have been with a sex worker and to my knowledge it never broke. But what bugs me out is I have or it seems to me a big lump in my right armpit it is considerably bigger than in my left armpit and two little swollen lymph nodes in my neck that sometimes are bigger and sometimes smaller. I have to feel for the lymph nodes to know they are there but since i am concious of them i cam find them easily. My question why do I have swollen lymph nodes after all this time they have not disappeared otherwise I am healthy. Like I have read that people with Hiv do not know that they have it and no symptoms for a long period of time before the disease really damages your immune system but swollen lymph nodes can be present before any other symptoms show up. Also I felt really guilty cause a friend of mine gave me some oral a few days ago and swallowed and I have been freaking out maybe if indeed I have something i could have passed it to your. This stuff has got me all paranoid out.

1)Is it possible to get HIV from condom protected sex?

2)What constitutes breaks in skin?

3)Am I at risk of any other stds with condom protected sex?

i'd "almost" bet my right arm that if you went to the doctor...you'd find out that your lymph nodes are NOT really swollen.  prodding around and feeling them all the time too can cause them to swell.  LEAVE THEM ALONE ! ! !   get off the internet searching for symptoms of hiv...YOU WERE NEVER AT RISK.

My main worry is and has been why have my lymph nodes been around for a few months. Do you think its prolly just me being paranoid about my nodes.

Thanks Lizzie. Do you think I might have been at risk for other stds though which might be transmitted easier even though the condom did not fail.

as far as your fear from shaving...

FROM THE MOUTH OF DR HANSFIELD:

"HIV isn't so easily transmitted.  Minor cuts and trivial blood exposures simply don't create a measurable risk.  Like many persons, you seem to think that "just one virus" is enough to transmit the infection.  That is not the case.  Substantial amounts of infected blood or secretions have to be introduced into the body in a way that exposes certain cells to the virus.

you did not have a risk from what you are describing above.
a condom is 100% effective as long as there was no condom failure.
