Exposure ! Dying with tension

Hi! I had sex with a sex escort close to 2.5 weeks back in Netherlands. We had a very brief vaginal intercourse with condom and then guilt set in (as i am married). then she fingered herself a bit and then started to give me a handjob after lubricating it. I didn't cum on her. Before leaving she gave me a kiss (lip one). My biggest concern is that when we started to have sex it smelled really bad. maybe it was the lube or condom i don't know.As far as i know, the condom didn't break or fall off. Since them i am suffering from serious symptoms- diarrhoea, pain in muscles, itchy skin, loss of appetite, bleeding gums, stiff neck. I have been super super tensed.I am not eating at all and can't sleep. Please suggest

The answer hasn't changed since you first asked a similar question in 2009.  Condoms protect you from HIV.  You didn't have a risk.  None of the other stuff is a risk either.  You can only get HIV from:
1) having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.
