HIV Risk

Hi, I had sex with a escort 3 months back and during the intercourse I have used condom and it's not visibley broken, but before that she has rubbed her vaginal fluid on my penis and then condom was used during the intercourse. I have undergone 4th generation test at 32 days mark and it came out negative, But from past 20 days I am having cold, sore throat and feeling very week.

Can someone tell me if I can take the 32 days mark test as final one and consider myself HIV free or what is my risk of contracting HIV.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

Getting vaginal fluid on your penis isn't a risk for HIV.  You can consider yourself HIV-free because you never had a risk for HIV.  Obviously, you don't need any more tests.

Thank you, last question is the 4th generation test that I took at 32 days can be considered as final results. Because I have flu like symptoms and feeling week from past 20 days.
Any test you take at any time is conclusive. The test will NEVER find HIV since you weren't at risk for HIV. If you have flu-like symptoms, see a doctor for diagnosis of your non-HIV related illness.
Thank you
