CurfewX gave you the ways hiv is transmitted. They are simple and clear. If you haven't done one of those three things, you had no risk for HIV. Including through the eye contact you describe. NO risk

Anyone like you who doesn't wear a mask can get a flu. You should have listened to the hospital diagnosis instead of fixating on hiv making up your own.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

If you don't do any of those activities with someone of unknown status, or of known HIV+ status, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV. You mentioned an eye encounter, and then you said oral, so I don't know what happened, but if you didn't have unprotected intercourse, you weren't at risk for HIV.

You keep visiting prostitutes and then coming here full of anxiety.  You should consider whether visiting prostitutes is a good idea for your mental health.
