Does the rapid blood test provide false positives. I know the oral does but im unclear of the blood test.

No, the anti-viral medication should not interfere with your results.
The rapid tests have a higher incidence of false positives, but the ELISA lab test for the HIV antibody can also give false positive results. It just happens in some people. This is why every POS ELISA result is followed up with a WESTERN BLOT test...to either rule out...or verify infection.
