Fear of AIDS

I have been afraid of AIDS for 4 years. 2 months ago, I checked it in an advanced hospital. The chemiluminescence method was used. HIV antibody was negative. Can I exclude infection? Does the hospital have the possibility of taking the wrong sample? Do I need a review?
