Fear of HIV infection - DNA PCR test after 35 days Not detected

I have fear of hiv infection. I m not sure about the partners hiv status.
After possible exposure I took antibody test after 25 days, 35 days and 50 days. all are negative. I also took a DNA PCR test after 35 days, in which also no virus detected.

I was helping a infected couple for about 2 months prior to the exposure.I am very much anxious and read a lot about the symptoms on internet and feel that most of those occuring in me.
Persistant head pressure (mild to moderate)
Body aches (mostly in hand, leg and sides of my shoulder) for few days, now its not there except occastional cold flashes in random places.
White coated tongue and Tasteless mouth for past one month.
I get night sweat only on head occastionally, and rest of the body feel cold (only if i cover head to toe, otherwise no sweat). I think i have very light burning sensation in body during the sweat times.
Weight loss of about 1.5 kg, despite of my normal eating (my weight now 65.5 Kg)

Also during initial days of these patches of skin appeared different, which the skin doctor attributed to usual dry skin thing in winter. but still that spot if slightly different in looks than normal skin.

No rashes observed
No throat infection
No fever felt

even eruption of some bumps on my forehead, knees of hand and leg annoys me. i am too much scared and sacred to death. few(aorund 5) spots in my left forehand appeared to have subsided after bump eruption looks flat than the normal skin.

Pl suggest
can the DNA PCR test taken after 35 days can be considered conclusive?
Is the antibody test taken after 50 days can be considered conclusive?

First 3 weeks I could nt sleep at all, now a days i m sleeping about 3 to 4 hours a day.

What should i do to get out of this sleepless nights.

Reread what I just told you. No where did I say PCR-RNA. PCR-RNA are supplemental tests used in early detection and must be followed up with an antibody test.

PCR-DNA tests are monitoring testings for those that are HIV positive to track their progression. They are not diagnostic tests.

Hi

But the DNA PCR  test  claims that it detects virus effectively, if present after 28 days from exposure.

No. PCR-DNA tests are not diagnostic.
No. Antibody tests are not conclusive for 3 months post exposure.
