Feeling feverish without temperature since beginning of Jan 2018

Hello Everyone,

I have been feeling feverish since beginning of Jan2018, my normal body temperature is around 97.5 but when i feel feverish it reaches 98.6 (I know this cannot be called fever). But my forehead, face, legs become very hot for that duration when i feel feverish. This happens to me 2-3 times every day for 30 mins to 2 hours. Then beginning of Feb2018, I got rashes on my arms, legs and lower abdominal.
The doctor prescribed me allergic medicine - Prednisone, the rashes went away in 4 days but feverish feeling continues.
I got myself tested for all STD's and it came out to be negative.
Specifically, i tested for HIV 4 times:
1) 28 Dec 2017 - 4th generation negative
2) 25th Jan 2018 - 4th generation negative
3) 7th Feb 2018 - 4th generation negative
4) 7th Feb 2018 - HIV1 RNA, QL TMA - Negative

My last sexual encounter was on 31st July 2017
Just wanted to make sure its nothing to do with HIV?
Also, what else could be the reason for this low grade feverish feeling?

A 4th generation test is accurate 28 days after the encounter, so even your first one (28th dec) was conclusive. You don't have HIV.

You know your temperature isn't a fever so it is in your imagination from fear of dying - but you aren't dying so time to relax and stop over-examining your body. Your doc diagnosed allergy so work with him on that if it is a problem.

@Dragon Pulse, Thank you for your assurance.
@AnxiousNoMore, Yes I was terrified (not because I have a fear of dying but I have responsibilities) but now since i have tested multiple time after the window period, I am confident about not having STDs.
But this feverish feeling every day makes me uncomfortable for 2-3 hours everyday. Its not my imagination, I am 29 years old and this is the first time I am having this feeling.
