Please help and answer my question. SCARED OF HIV.

Hello!
First and foremost, thank you for the wonderful working your organization is doing! I have some questions related to HIV and I was hoping you can answer them for me and put my mind at easy. In March, I met a girl at a club and end up going back to her place. I was at her place for about a hour and I notice a cut on my finger. (Top of my finger, same side as the nail). The cut was about 4 to 5 millimeters long and my top skin was teared off. So maybe able 2 millimeter deep. I didn't think much of it at that time and I wiped my finger off my jeans because the blood was coming out of it. I later washed my finger and applied hand sanitizers directly to the wound. When I got home, I washed my hand with soap and applied rubbing alcohol. About 2 weeks later, I caught a panic attack and ended up in the ER. They ran all the test on me and thanks God, everything came back negative. I later went to my doctor and he prescribed me  truvada and isentress which was about a month later after the " incident". To be honest,  I have no clue how I got the cut but I am scared of what could happen. What are chances of me catching HIV  if she intentionally scratch me with a needle? Can HIV transmit from a small cut like mines? I read online, HIV need direct access to the bloodstream to be transmit,  how true is that? Can the cut I had on my finger be a direct access to my bloodstream? And how long does HIV blood live outside the body given a room temperature condition. Now in a worst case scenario, If this person tried to transmit HIV to me by scratching me a need or a sharp object, what are the chances of me getting HIV? And how deep has the wound to be to get HIV? Thank you for your help!
