Final query !?

Thank you !

1) Can hiv 1 pcr rna qualitative detect all subtypes/strains ( even some rare like e / crf / group 0 ) of hiv 1 at 14.5 weeks ?

2) can ID NAT ( viral screening for Rna/dna for hiv 1/2 detects all subtypes /strains ( even some rare crfs groups strains !? At 124 day or 17.9 week ?

3) What is diff between Nat or Id NAT ?

3) I had several duo test eclia and ELFA method at 4 12 13 14.5 17.5weeks ?

4) if no antibodies then antigens or viral rna DNa should detect ?

Can all be rumours or some strain missed out

All were not detected! Only thing which made me worse was symptoms due to hiv or rain ? But excat post 3 weeks !

You do not have hiv it is that simple. What you have right now is guilt. Deal with your guilt. Its not hiv.

Please read this. And take note the person who wrote this is a doctor who does the test and specializes in HIV. Most sites are out dated and even many doctors. Specially those who are not in the field. You do not have hiv. Move on

If you had a duo test and you have had several. You are hiv negative. The pcr is not a standard diagnostic test for hiv but the duo test or combo test is the true diagnostic test. And this test already detect all known strains and both antigen and antibody. At this point the pcr test will be only useless and expensive since you have already tested 28 days beyond and the pcr and naat test are used after you test positive on a 4th gen test.
