Fingering and cut

I have gone through all archived questions and recent past for similar encounter and I knew it's no risk exposure but some time mind is not accepting due high anxiety.

Here is my story.  I had gone to message parlour 8.3 weeks ago and fingered a massague 60 to 90 seconds and she provided hand jobs  and NO other activity. same day 6 hours before I was biting skin around nail n there was little bleeding and stopped immediately but it was reddish though bleeding stopped.  The cut size was 3 to 4mm  and it was between 1 knuckle and nail (I don't how to call ?? In simple it's finger back below nail) I used this finger during the exposure and I did't go deep.

I took below tests

21st day HIV rna pcr real time and result is target not Dected.  On 28th day hiv1&2 and  p24 Cmia test and result is non reactive .same test done on 45th day,  result is non reactive.

I am from India and my doctor is confused me . First he told this is enough but in my next chat he told better go on 13th week..  Confused now.

Do I required 13th week test?

Is hiv1&2 and p24 Cmia is 4th generation test??

Thanks in advance  for your help

Your risk never existed, therefore every test of yours will come Negative or Non Reactive.

You over did on tests, as no test was needed. Trust your lab reports and move on with your life, you do not have HIV

Thanks diver58 for reassurance. Yes I understood day one from the exposure this is no  risk event but started googling it filled enough anxious fuel n could not move from there to normal life with family and work.. Also here in my country many apps(mobile app which connected with many doctors from different states qualified/specilized ??:) in HIV) for identical encounter giving different opinion --not only for me for others too so confused n scared
The only way to get over your anxiety is to stop Googling cold turkey, because there is no useful information, and the more you look the more anxious you will get.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You had zero risk and you do not need to test. Any test you take will be negative, because you had ZERO risk for HIV.
There is absolutely no detail you could add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV.
