Blood exposure

I was hooking up with a guy last night- unprotected oral, naked body contact and rimming/kissing. While kissing him I thought I tasted blood. I noticed his nose had a tiny scratch on it and it looked like maybe a little dried blood was on it. What if I tasted the blood or it got on me? Is this a risk?

Please advise.
