Food chewed/bitten

Hello all. I ordered food and some of it looked bitten/chewed. I ate the rest of the food minus the pieces that looked bitten/chewed. Could I get HIV/ any other illness if I ate the rest of the food that might have also been tampered with?

Hiv is not spread through food. It's called HIV because the "H" stands for "human". It is not spread through inatimate objects.
