She was asking about Trichomoniasis.  7 million + new infections per year according to CDC.

over 7 million new infections a year in the US? Give me a break. It's around 56,000 a year. In total, an estimated 1,051,875 people have been diagnosed with AIDS in US since tracking began.

"Do i have AIDS?"

Your best bet is to find out from your doctor. We can't begin to guess here, and your health is nothing to guess about.

According to the phone call, It's an emergency. For now at least, get off of MedHelp, and go find out what your doctor wants to talk to you about. Be well.

Incredibly common - over 7 million new infections a year in the US.  Will increase both succeptibility and infectiousness in regards to HIV, but you will have had to have had unprotected sex (anal, vaginal) for that to be an issue

Did you have a risk and if so, were you tested for HIV?

You should call your doctor.
